At DO. NOT. QUIT. (DNQ), we strive to provide a hassle-free shipping experience for all of our customers. We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders within Canada. However, for orders outside Canada, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Our standard shipping times vary based on the destination. For orders within Canada, customers can expect to receive their items within 7-10 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.

 

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing times, or carrier delays.

 

We do our best to ensure accurate tracking information is provided for all orders. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

 

In the event that you need to return an item, please review our return policy for further details. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At DNQ, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction. All of our products are unique and made to order, which unfortunately means that returns and exchanges cannot be supported if the customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. However, we are committed to quality and stand behind our craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct size and color. As a result, DNQ will not be held responsible or offer replacements or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or color. We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase to avoid any issues.

 

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to a shipping error, we will issue a partial refund. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience at DNQ and will do everything in our power to make it right.
